Payment
The following cards can be used MasterCard, Maestro, Dankort/Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron og JCB. With card payment we draw the amount from your account when we ship the goods. All prices are included Danish Vat.

Shipping Fees
Shipment fee within Denmark when you order for 350 DKK or more. Orders under 350DKK are subject to DKK 35 shipping fee..
Shipment fee within Europe is DKK 165/ app. € 21. You can also choose our "flat rate" shipment fee at DKK 100/ €13.50, which does not include insurance and takes place at your own risk.
Shipment fee outside Europe is DKK 225/ app. € 30. You can also choose our "flat rate" shipment fee at DKK 100/ €13.50, which does not include insurance and takes place at your risk.
Delivery By Post Denmark.

Time of Delivery
Most goods are in stock and will be shipped within 1-3 working days in Denmark. Outside Denmark it depends on Country and the chosen shipping method. If the goods is sold out or unavailable, you will receive a mail which tells if we can reorder or new time of delivery. You can always cancel the deal.

Confidence
All personal information will only be used for completing the order in question. The information will be stored for five (5) years according to the Danish Law of bookkeeping.

Second thoughts
If you have any regrets within 14 days from reception, you can return the goods in unused condition and original wrapping to: Danefae aps RETURNS, Stokrosevej 39, 8330 Beder, Denmark. Please remember to state your bank account number and e-mail address. If you have paid using your Paypal account, the money will be transferred back to this account. After reception, we will make a refund to your card within a few days. The buyer is required to pay the shipping expenses. Please notice that we do not use C. O. D. or receive them.

Rights to complaint
According to the Danish “Sale of Goods Act” you have the right to complain within 2 years of receipt if there are any defects in workmanship or errors in material. In case of defects/errors, please write an e-mail with pictures to danefae@danefae.dk or call us at (+45) 61 60 41 50.
