An old dream came true for one of Denmark's most popular cartoonists, Peter Madsen - and for Forlaget Carlsen, when Peter agreed to illustrate THE LITTLE MERMAID. The publisher was staring at 32 pages, but Peter kept getting more images into his head, so it ended up being twice as long!
