At Danefæ, we set strict requirements for everything from durability to waterproofness and color fastness.

Unfortunately, this particular jacket does not live up to our normal standards for durability as the reflex viking print on the back comes off in wash and wear.

Nevertheless, it is a super nice and warm jacket, which is wind and waterproof (8,000 mm) padded with a warm and compact Thermolite lining and fleece lining inside the body, so we think it would be a terrible waste to take them off the market for destruction due to these shortcomings.

For this reason, we decided to accept the production anyway, and sell them at a reduced price.

If you need a backup jacket for when the other is wet or in the wash, this could be the solution.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot give our usual quality guarantee on this model, nor any right of complaint regarding durability of print.

If you can accept that this as a 2nd choice jacket, and that at some point the viking will start to peal off, BUT the jacket still has a great fit that offers excellent comfort and mobility, the fabric is wind and waterproof (8,000 mm waterproofness) and is also breathable, with taped seams and is fluorocarbon free...Then perhaps you can score a great deal !
