The Danekarla softshell jacket combines all of the technical qualities of softshell with an elegant and feminin look. Softshell is a gorgeous and comfortable stretch material that combines wind- and waterproofness and heat in a 3-layer construction consisting of:

Outer layer: high count polyester stretch outer shell with flour free, water-repellent treatment. 

Middle layer: wind- and waterproof as well as breathable middle-membrane.

Inner layer: soft and warm polar fleece. 

The softshell material has 8.000 mm water- and windproofness and is breathable. The jacket is coated with a flour free coating and does not contain any harmful flour carbones. The softshell jacket has an elegant and feminin fit, and straps at the hood so it can be adjusted to create the best fit. The jacket has ribbed edging around the sleeves, so wind and cold is kept out as well as an adjustable elastic strap at the bottom to tighten the jacket around the legs. 

The jacket is lined with soft polar fleece which gives it a great heat, and makes it perfect for spring and fall, as well as chilly summer nights. The jacket can be closed with a zipper and is zippable on both ends, which makes the jacket perfect for a bike ride. 

Notice that the jacket does not have taped seams, because of the soft fleece on the inside. This means that rain can penetrate the seams in cases of heavy rain. Even though the jacket can handle large amounts of rain, it is NOT a rain jacket.

The softshell jacket can be machine washed at 30 degrees. Generally it is recommended that outerwear is washed as little as possible.
