Description

Dark symphony. Handmade Danish quality. Extra salmiak. The original Bagsværd Salmiak licorice is cut and coated with dark chocolate.

Liquorice has its characteristic taste because it is made from the finest licorice powder and because it is produced by the Maillard reaction, where milk protein and sugar react with each other in the pot. After boiling, the licorice is poured into molds, where it solidifies overnight. It is then cut and passed through a veil (or curtain) of liquid chocolate. After drying, it is ready to be eaten.

Ingredients (DK/NO/SE): Chocolate (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin , natural vanilla flavor), sugar, glucose syrup, sweetened condensed milk , fully hydrogenated palm kernel oil, powdered raw liquorice, ammonium chloride, sea salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides, color: vegetable charcoal.
