Is Danefæ a Danish company?

Yes. Danefæ is a Danish company with headquarters and warehouse in Beder, south of Aarhus, where we pack and ship all orders.

We have been in business for many years (since 2005!) and are registered in Denmark with CVR no. 29173648. You can look us up in the Central Business Register (CVR).

What are your sizes?

Our sizes are made for Danish women, which means that our clothes are not small in size.

This also means that most women use “their normal size” with us.

As a guide, our women's clothing is:

XS = Danish 34

S = Danish 36

M = Danish 38

L = Danish 40/42

XL = Danish 42/44

XXL = Danish 44/46

XXXL = Danish 46/48

We have created a size chart, which you can find under “FIND YOUR SIZE" for each product.

The size chart indicates the product's measurements, not your measurements.

If you are very unsure about your size, it may be a good idea to compare the measurements with the measurements of a piece of clothing you already have. That way you can see if the product has the right measurements for you.

Delivery

When will you ship my order?

We pack and ship orders every weekday. If you order before 1:00 p.m., we will generally ship your order the same day. However, during busy periods such as sales and promotions, the delivery time may be a little longer.

How long is the delivery time?

GLS usually delivers from day to day on weekdays in Denmark. You always receive a tracking number so you can track your package.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on purchases over 500 DKK

Shipping prices abroad vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. You can choose free pickup at our warehouse in Beder. We will send you a message as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Returns and exchanges

How long do I have the right to return?

You have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order.

The right of return also applies to items on sale.

How do I return an item?

If you live in Denmark, you can use the enclosed GLS return label. The price is 49 DKK, which will be deducted from your refund.

You are also welcome to choose another shipping company. You must pay the return shipping costs yourself.

Please enclose a note where we can see your name and order number.

You do not need to send us an email about the return.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, you must order the desired size directly on the webshop and send the original item back. We will refund the money for your item when we receive it.

When will I get my money back?

Once we have received your return, we will refund the amount to the payment method you used for the purchase. The refund will usually be made within a few days.

Changing or canceling an order

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact us by phone as soon as possible. We are doing everything we can to stop the order, but as our warehouse is continuously packing orders, we cannot guarantee that it is possible.
